Despite the recent events in our community that saw the temporary closure of countless businesses to maintain safety, the Bootlegger Bar in the heart of Katoomba has remained a constant for locals looking for a sense of normality. Whilst they might not be functioning during their normal trading hours, they are still making sure that house favourites such as the chicken wings, cheeseburger spring rolls and an assortment of wines and alcoholic beverages are on standby for take-away orders.
To align themselves on the side of health and safety, the Bootlegger bar made the executive decision to close Monday through to Thursday this coming week and will remain open to welcome in the weekend in style. Despite the closure, they will remain open for deliveries from 5pm-8pm for the coming week of lockdown fun.
Not only will they be bringing you the culinary heaven that is their delicious, mouth watering menu, they even have merchandise up for grabs to make you feel a part of their ever-growing family. From an array of jumpers and hoodies, button up shirts, belt buckles and even covid safe face masks, it's the creative meets culinary perfection station for all Katoomba and Blue Mountains locals.
Over the past two weeks during lockdown, The Blue Mountains Phoenix has reached out to customers who have nothing but praise for their staff, service and everyone's cheerful disposition despite these worrying times. One regular who has chosen to remain anonymous has stated; “ I can’t believe that regardless of what's going on and how this pandemic is affecting everyone's businesses, we are still greeted with the same friendly smiles and top-notch service in terms of meals and communication. We feel welcomed, each and every time we enter the Bootlegger… which is more than we care to admit.”
Never fear, for the Bootlegger bar is here to keep us all sane, fed and happy during these uncertain times. To make a booking, check out their variety and flavour-filled menu, check out: https://www.bootleggerbar.com.au/
